Thaw steak(s), remove from package, and pat dry with paper towel.
Preheat a non-stick pan over 7/10 heat. Add 1 teaspoon of high-heat cooking oil for each steak being cooked and the steak(s) to the pan.
Cook until desired internal temperature is reached. For medium rare, this will take about 4-6 minutes total, flipping halfway through. Transfer to a cutting board or plate to avoid overcooking and rest for 3 minutes before serving.
