STEP 1:
Thaw sausages and remove from package (scissors are best).
STEP 2:
Preheat a non-stick pan over 6/10 heat. Add 1 tablespoon of high-heat cooking oil and the sausages to the pan.
STEP 3:
Cover the pan and cook the sausages to an internal temperature of 165°F, about 14 minutes, turning every couple minutes to get even browning on all sides and to avoid burning.
Grill
STEP 1:
Thaw sausages and remove from package (scissors are best).

Preheat grill to 400°F and oil grates. Add sausages to the grill.
STEP 3:
Cook the sausages to an internal temperature of 165°F, about 14 minutes, turning every couple minutes to get even browning on all sides and to avoid burning.
