Whole chicken made easy! These come portioned in 8 pieces so everybody gets the piece they want. Oven is best for a juicy bird.

Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°. Add a tablespoon of your favorite cooking oil to the chicken if you'd like crisper skin, if you have an oil sprayer this can be done when the chicken is already on the pan. Cook for 1 hour from frozen, 50 minutes from partially thawed, or 45 minutes from fully thawed on a non-stick baking pan.

Tip:

You can bake them on a cooling rack inside a pan if you have one, this helps to get a more even cook.
