Thai Wings

Oven

STEP 1:

Thaw wings and preheat oven to 400°F.

STEP 2:

Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and set a heat-proof wire rack inside if you have one. Apply high-heat cooking spray or oil liberally to the cooking surface (don't skip spraying the rack if using one, or the wings will stick!).

STEP 3:

Arrange wings on rack (or directly on baking sheet if you don't have one), leaving at least 1-inch of space between each wing. Apply high-heat cooking spray or oil on the wings.

STEP 4:

Bake for 30 minutes. Then, increase heat to 500°F and cook for 5 minutes longer. Flip the wings and continue to cook until golden brown and crispy, about 7-10 minutes longer (45 minutes total). Keep an eye on them at this temperature and be careful not to burn the wings.

Air Fryer

STEP 1:

Thaw wings and preheat air fryer to 380°F.

STEP 2:

When air fryer is done pre-heating, apply high-heat cooking spray or oil liberally to the cooking surface.

STEP 3:

Air-fry for 30 minutes, flipping the wings and applying high-heat cooking spray or oil on the wings at the halfway point in order to get them nice and crispy.
