
These versatile chicken breasts can be cooked thawed or from frozen. When cooking from frozen, cook time will increase by at least 50%.
Stovetop
STEP 1:
Thaw chicken and remove from packaging.
STEP 2:
Preheat a non-stick pan over medium (5/10) heat.
STEP 3:
Add 1 tablespoon of high-heat cooking oil for each breast being cooked and the chicken to the pan. Cover and cook until golden brown and chicken reaches at least 165°F, flipping every couple minutes to cook evenly (about 10-12 minutes total). Transfer to a cutting board or plate to avoid overcooking and serve.
Oven
STEP 1:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Thaw chicken and place in an oven proof pan or baking dish.
STEP 2:
Cook until internal temperature of each breast reaches 165°F, approximately 20-25 minutes.
Grill
STEP 1:
Thaw chicken and preheat grill to 400°F.
STEP 2:
Place on grill and cook for 6 minutes per side, flipping once, until internal temperature of each breast reaches 165°F
