Cooking these from frozen allows the bacon more time to crisp, but we've included instructions for thawed as well if you want to speed up the process!
From Frozen
Oven:
STEP 1:
Preheat oven to 325°F.
STEP 2:
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Apply high-heat cooking spray or oil liberally to the cooking surface and turkey.
STEP 3:
Bake until thermometer placed in the center of the turkey reaches 150°F (about 48-50 minutes), remove from oven, and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Thawed
Oven:
STEP 1:
Preheat oven to 325°F.
STEP 2:
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Apply high-heat cooking spray or oil liberally to the cooking surface and turkey.
STEP 3:
Bake for 25 minutes on the middle rack, then increase heat to 450°F and cook an additional 10 minutes until a thermometer placed in the center of the turkey reaches 155°F. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
