How to cook your chops

The secret to juicy pork chops is to not overcook them. The minimum safe temperature for pork is 145°F, but you want to pull the chops off the heat at 135-140°F and let them rest, during which the internal temperature will continue to rise to 145°F.

Pro Tip:

It's easiest to thaw meats in your fridge overnight. But, if your chops aren't fully thawed and you're ready to cook, place them in a bowl in your sink and run them constantly under room temperature water inside their package and they should be thawed in around 10 minutes!
