These steaks are pre-seasoned, so no need to add salt. Cooking in a pan on the stove top is the easiest way to cook them, or you can use the oven at 400 degrees and cook to your desired temperature.
Stove top - Pat dry both sides with paper towel. Heat a pan on medium-high heat (8 out of 10) and add a tablespoon of high-heat oil. Add steaks, flipping every two minutes to build a nice crust and avoid burning the marinade. See total cook times below, and rest for 5 minutes after cooking before slicing.
6 minutes - rare
8 minutes - medium rare
10 minutes - medium
12 minutes - medium well to well
