Oven
STEP 1:
Thaw pork and preheat oven to 425°F.
STEP 2:
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Apply high-heat cooking spray or oil liberally to the cooking surface and pork.
STEP 3:
Bake until a thermometer placed in the center of the pork reaches 140°F (about 16-20 minutes).
Stovetop
STEP 1:
Thaw pork and cut into cubes approx 1 inch thick.
STEP 2:
Preheat an oven safe pan (ideally non-stick) over 7/10 heat. Add 2 tablespoons of high-heat cooking oil to the pan.
STEP 3:
Sear the pork until desired internal temperature is reached (about 8 minutes for medium-well), flipping pieces every couple minutes to get an even sear.
Grill
STEP 1:
Thaw pork and remove from package.
STEP 2:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil your pork and/or grill grates to avoid sticking.
STEP 3:
Cook pork until desired internal temperature is reached (about 10-12 minutes for medium well), flipping every couple minutes to avoid burning.
