Thaw steak(s), remove from package, and pat dry with paper towel.
Preheat a non-stick pan over 7/10 heat. Add 1 teaspoon of high-heat cooking oil for each steak being cooked and the steak(s) to the pan.
Cook until desired internal temperature is reached (approx. 8-10 min for medium), flipping every two minutes to avoid burning. Transfer to a cutting board or plate to avoid overcooking and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
