Montreal Blend Filet Cubes

Stovetop

STEP 1:

Thaw steak and preheat a non-stick pan over 7/10 heat. Add 1 tablespoon of high-heat cooking oil to the pan.

STEP 2:

Sear cubes until desired internal temperature is reached, about 5-7 minutes for medium (smaller pieces will take less time to cook than larger pieces). Transfer to a cutting board or plate to avoid overcooking and serve. 

Oven

If you prefer to cook these in the oven, follow these instructions:

STEP 1:

Thaw steak and preheat oven to 425°F.

STEP 2:

Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and apply high-heat cooking spray or oil liberally to the cooking surface.

STEP 3:

If making kabobs, put meat (and veggies like onions or peppers if desired, cut to a similar size as the meat) on skewers, otherwise put meat and any veggies directly on the baking sheet. Apply high-heat cooking spray or oil on the meat and veggies.

STEP 4:

Bake until desired internal temperature is reached (about 10 minutes for medium-rare). Transfer to a cutting board or plate to avoid overcooking and serve.
