Fully Cooked Teriyaki Sirloin Flap Steak

Stovetop

STEP 1:

Thaw steak(s), remove from package, and pat dry with paper towel.

STEP 2:

Preheat a non-stick pan over 7/10 heat. Add 1 tablespoon of high-heat cooking oil for each steak being cooked and the steak(s) to the pan. 

STEP 3:

Sear steaks for 2 minutes per side (4 minutes total) for medium rare, 3 minutes per side (6 minutes total) for medium, and 4 minutes per side (8 minutes total) for medium well. Serve immediately, no need to let these steaks rest. Remember to cut your steaks against the grain!

Grill

STEP 1:

Thaw steak(s), remove from package, and pat dry with paper towel.

STEP 2:

Preheat grill to high heat. Oil your steaks and/or grill grates to avoid sticking.

STEP 3:

Sear steaks for 2 minutes per side (4 minutes total) for medium rare, 3 minutes per side (6 minutes total) for medium, and 4 minutes per side (8 minutes total) for medium well. Serve immediately, no need to let these steaks rest. Remember to cut your steaks against the grain!
