Fully Cooked Hibachi Steak Stir-Fry



Thaw steak, and remove from package, discarding the liquid. To get the best sear, break up the pieces, pat dry the meat with a paper towel and mix the meat with 2-4 tablespoons of high-heat cooking oil.


Preheat a non-stick pan over high heat, the higher the better since you will be cooking the meat very quickly and want to avoid overcooking.


Quick sear the steak pieces for 45 seconds-1 minute, being careful not to overcook. Remember, these are already cooked so you are only searing them quickly to heat them and give them a nice caramelized flavor. Once cooked, remove from the hot pan and serve immediately over rice and vegetables or whatever other sides you desire. Goes great with Asian sauces like hoisin or soy, or your favorite hot sauce if you like it spicy!
