Below are 2 cooking options depending on your goal: the first is fast and results in a very juicy bird, while the second is for those who prefer their chicken more well done and results in a crispier skin. Both are delicious, enjoy!
Use the convection setting on your oven if it has it, just note the chicken will cook a bit faster.
Oven (Quick version):
STEP 1:
Thaw chicken and preheat oven to 425°F.
STEP 2:
Remove chicken from packaging and place in an oven safe dish.
STEP 3:
Cook chicken until hot, about 25 minutes. For even quicker cooking you can cover the chicken with foil or a lid.
STEP 4:
Enjoy! Since the chicken is delivered fully cooked, it is ready to eat as soon as it is hot, even if some parts still appear slightly pink.
Oven (Well done version):
STEP 1:
Thaw chicken and preheat oven to 400°F.
STEP 2:
Remove chicken from packaging and place in an oven safe dish. Pat dry with paper towels and oil both sides of the chicken with your favorite high-heat cooking oil.
STEP 3:
Cook chicken for 50-60 minutes (or 40 minutes if using the convection setting if your oven has one) until chicken is hot and skin is crispy.
