Preheat oven to 425°. Thaw meat, open package (scissors is best), and empty contents including liquid into an oven proof dish or pan. Place meat fat-side up (one side may have a layer of fat on it).
Cover with a lid or foil and cook until hot, 25-30 minutes. If desired, remove foil and broil for 1-2 minutes to get additional color on the meat. Can be served as is or sliced and added back to the hot sauce before serving. Serve with the sauce on the side!
