Cilantro Lime Chicken Breast

STEP 1:

Thaw chicken and pat dry with paper towel. 

STEP 2:

Preheat a non-stick pan over 7/10 heat.

STEP 3:

Add 1 teaspoon of high-heat cooking oil for each breast being cooked and the chicken to the pan. Cook until golden brown and chicken reaches at least 165°F, flipping every couple minutes to cook evenly (about 7-8 minutes total). Transfer to a cutting board or plate to avoid overcooking and serve.
