These wings are medium spicy and a great alternative to classic buffalo wings. They're best cooked in the oven, and a healthier option to fried wings, the usual preparation. 

Oven instructions: Preheat oven to 375°. Add a tablespoon of high-heat oil to an oven safe pan and add chicken wings. Cook 45 minutes-1 hour on the middle rack until internal temperature reaches 165°.
