Our Pub Burgers can be cooked from frozen or thawed. These are pre-seasoned, no need to add salt! Easy in a pan, works just as well on the grill.

Opening Instructions: Using scissors, cut around edge of each burger until it slides out of the package easily. If burger breaks, simply reform into patty shape.

Frozen: heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat (8 out of 10). When hot, add a tablespoon of high-heat cooking oil and sear on first side until burger looks defrosted and you get some initial browning, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and sear other side until it starts to brown, another 3 minutes. At this point, flip every 1.5 minutes until you get a nice golden crust on each side and the burgers are cooked to your desired temperature. This can be harder to control when cooking from frozen, so you may want to use a thermometer.

Thawed: heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat (8 out of 10). When hot, add a high-heat cooking oil and sear on first side until you get some initial browning, about 3-4 minutes.
