Stovetop
STEP 1:
Thaw sausages and remove from package carefully as these have a natural casing and aren't sealed on the ends. Drain any excess liquid, and dry on paper towel.
STEP 2:
Preheat a non-stick pan over 7/10 heat.
STEP 3:
Add 1 tablespoon of high-heat cooking oil and the sausages. Cook until sausages are golden brown and reach at least 165°F, rotating sausages every couple minutes to cook evenly (about 12-14 minutes total) and rest 3 minutes before serving.
