Broccoli Parm Pork Chops

STEP 1:

Preheat oven to 450°F.

STEP 2:

Thaw pork, remove from package, and pat dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt.

STEP 3:

Pre-heat an oven-safe pan (preferably non-stick, these tend to stick to a stainless steel pan) over 8/10 heat. Add 1 teaspoon of high-heat cooking oil for each chop being cooked.

STEP 4:

Sear pork for 2 minutes on each side. Flip pork back to the first side you seared, then transfer pan to the oven to cook for another 4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from pan to avoid overcooking, rest 3 minutes, and serve.
